How to 101 : Dark Chocolate Cake

We all know that Jamie Oliver is a very famous chef in the world
My bro's idol, wtf

He is the one who inspire my bro wanted to become a pastry chef

So, since mama was out for some Reflexology treatment
Imma be the Jamie Oliver for the day!

I baked Dark Chocolate Cake, with the help of Jamie's Recipe!

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Chef Khoo
Oh, the cake mixture is so nice to lick one!

I don't care it fattening

Recipe for Dark Chocolate Cake :

  • 250 gm : All purpose Flour
  • 250 gm : Sugar
  • 250 gm : Butter
  • 1 tea spoon : Baking Powder
  • 1 tea spoon : Vanilla Essences
  • 3 : Eggs

And last but not least, COOKING DARK CHOCOLATE!!
You can put as much as you like
=)

I put 2 packet, no wonder so filling
Fark Mai Laif

Step 1 : Mix butter and sugar together with the help of mixer. Until the colour turns light cream colour. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes. At 180 degree Celsius.

Step 2 : Sift flour and baking powder. Then add into the butter-sugar mixture slowly. Mix well.

Step 3 : While mixing, add 3 eggs. One by one.

Step 4 : Add vanilla essences.

Step 5 : Melt the cooking chocolate then add into the mixture. (Double boil it. It means, you prepare a hot water in a pan or bowl or pot or whatever, then put chocolate on something, then put the something above the hot water. ) Mix everything nice and slowly.

Step 6 : Pour everything into a mold, then bake it for 18 - 25 minutes.

But one thing, I accidentally set the temperature to er, 190 degree Celsius
then my chocolate cake tasted like brownies instead

Got 3 layers some more!
You say I pro or not!

Even my Bio Lecturer also said not bad okay
