Reunion Dinner

Hey guys ! I'm back from my CNY break. Took lots of photos, especially, FOOD ! CNY means FOOD and MORE FOOD ! :DD

Did you guys had fun during the CNY celebration? Well, for me, I did! And of course the Angpau part, my dad gave my brother and I a really huge angpau which makes us go "wtf, is this real?!" Hee Hee ! Plus the 1st day of CNY also my birthday, hence, I got DOUBLE angpau. :D

So, I'll post about my 年初夕团圆饭 (New year eve, reunion dinner) today. :)

Here comes the FOOD !!

空烤蜜糖鸡 ( Air Bake Honey Chicken )

春卷 ( Spring Rolls )

什菜 ( Mixed Veggies )

冬菇鸡脚 

( I don't know how to name this dish in English. But directly translate from the Chinese name will be Mushroom Chicken Claw =x )

猪脚醋 ( Pig Trotter in Vinegar Sauce )

咖哩鱼头 ( Curry Fish Head )

And last but not least, the CNY-Must-Eat,

捞生 ( lao sheng ) !!

According to Chinese tradition, lao sheng is a must. Especially for business man or woman. The higher you lao, the more fortune you will get. Or, the higher you lao, the more easier for your wish to come true. This tradition originally started from Malaysia. Yes, Malaysia. Then it gets so popular until every other place starting to do it.
