How to 101 : Chilled Lemon Cheesecake

Hey guys! It had been months since I bake
This time, I'm going to show you how to bake Lemon Cheesecake!

Oh wait, chilled should be the right word
since this cheesecake no need to bake at all!

You will need :

  1. 450 g of Cream Cheese
  2. 200 g of Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
  3. 75 g of melted butter
  4. 100ml of milk
  5. 100 ml of double cream (lightly whipped)
  6. 1 lemon ( grated rind and juice)
  7. 11 g of gelatin
  8. 150 g of caster sugar

Base :

First, crushed the digestive biscuits and melt 75 g of butter

Mix in melted butter into the crushed biscuit

Then nicely and gently spread the biscuit crumbs across the whole pan
then you will have something that look like this

This will be the base of the cheesecake
then chilled it until you need it

Filling :

Beat the cream cheese until smooth
then add in sugar, milk, lemon grated rind and juice

Mix it thoroughly

Then you will have something look like this
creamy and smooth

YUMMY ! :D

Next, lightly whipped the double cream

Dissolve the gelatin powder in 3 tablespoon of hot water
then add into the light whipped double cream

Fold in the gelatin and double cream mixture into the cream cheese

Lastly, pour onto the crumbs base and chill until set
and TADA!

It will look something like this in the end
*drool*

Hope you guys find it easy to make
